I was on a late flight home after spending a week in Washington (state). The majority of people on the flight were sleeping, but I was stunned by the view from my window. There were so many stars visible, I could make out the galaxy quite easily. I invented a portable studio right there on the window of the plane! I pulled out my little tripod, covered the window with my coat and body to make it real dark, and attempted to shoot the galaxy from a moving vehicle. The result wasn't very sharp, but I was like a little girl playing with her dollhouse! If I had gone to sleep too, I would have missed out on the opportunity to see the stars God created, a little closer than what I usually see them from Earth. Here are a few pictures.
