ABOUT

Creative Kaleidoscope was established in 2008 by Karenlie Riddering to address the growing demand for Spanish-speaking communication specialists. We are based out of the Atlanta, GA area, but most of our work is done remotely. We have serviced corporations, advertising agencies, production companies, non-profits, individuals, and law firms.   

 

Our goal is to provide excellent customer service and top-quality translations, with a fast turn-around and competitive prices.

Content Creator - Translator - Interpreter 

Karenlie Riddering was born and raised in Puerto Rico, fully immersed in both English and Spanish. She obtained a BA in Fine Arts from the University of Puerto Rico and was awarded the Donald Marshall award; an award given to the best overall student in the Humanities department each year.

After working as an Art teacher and contributing writer and photographer for a local magazine, Riddering relocated to Atlanta, GA, where she obtained a MS in Information Design and Communication from Southern Polytechnic State University (now Kennesaw State University). She founded Creative Kaleidoscope in 2008. She is licensed by the Georgia Commission on Interpreters as a Spanish Court Interpreter since 2009.

Riddering has self-published several books: Puerto Rico encanto oculto (A best-selling photography book in PR, 2005 - Out of print); Your Present Future: Things Teens Need to Know Now About Becoming Adults; and a chapter book series for girls ages 6-10, Luna Merina and the Shiny Club. She has also worked for over ten years in video productions, both on-camera and behind-the-scenes. She has appeared in multiple commercials, corporate videos (IBM, Walmart, Home Depot, Chick Fil A, Lowes, etc), TV shows, and films, including The Walking Dead (S3 Ep.10), Are You Here, and many more. She has also voiced multiple projects for clients such as Dixie Plates, Verizon, Chick Fil A, Belk, Chevron, and Floor & Decor amongst others.

In 2013, she produced and directed her first feature-length travel documentary, Insider's Guide to Puerto Rico. In 2015, she released her first short documentary Beyoutiful

​

Riddering brings her artistic eye and graphic designing experience to her job as a translator and content creator. She also offers photography services through Creative K Photography
